New Jersey League of Municipalities Roebling Mansion Renovations
Improvements to the Roebling Mansion included renovations and restoration to the existing building and a new addition for office and retail space along with exterior renovations to the original building and surrounding space. These improvements included restoration of the building’s stucco and brick exterior, roof replacement, stabilization of the building and preservation of three elegant rooms in the mansion, by salvaging mantels, plaster, paneling, stained glass, doors, hardware and ironwork. The work was part of a larger construction project that included a three-story addition and parking facility. The former mansion now houses the offices, reception and meeting rooms for the New Jersey League of Municipalities.
Envision Consultants served as a subconsultant to Merrell & Garaguso, the general contractor for the project. Envision was responsible for CPM Scheduling services, including the development of the baseline schedule with follow-up monthly progress updates to the baseline schedule.
