Envision was awarded a contract to provide Corporate training on Oracle® Primavera P6 in New York, Georgia, Texas, China and Dubai. Envision in conjunction with GE Quality and Resource Leads developed a comprehensive curriculim and customized course material for delivering Introduction, Intermediate, Advanced and Train-the-Trainer Oracle® Primavera P6 classes throughout the company. After each class, the users were tested and certified as having successfully completed the course. Employees were required to complete the full program in order to meet yearly performance goals.
After each class was completed Envision would provide surveys to the class in order to grade the instructor and the class material. This feedback spurred the development of customized e-learning webinars on topics that students requested the need for retraining on.
