DRJTBC Administrative Building Addition and Renovation
The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC), formed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey in 1934, operates seven toll and 13 toll-supported (free) bridges along the Delaware River from Trenton-Morrisville to the New York border. The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission has provided safe, dependable and efficient river crossings between the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey for nearly 75 years. This project consisted of an addition and renovations to three existing floors of the DRJTBC’s Administrative Building in New Hope, Pennsylvania. This was a phased project so the staff would not be affected by the construction.
Envision served as a sub-consultant to Twining Construction, the general contractor for the project. Envision was responsible for CPM Scheduling services, including the development of the baseline schedule with follow-up monthly progress updates to the baseline schedule.
